Processed or shipped orders cannot be canceled.

8. Shipping and Delivery

- Delivery typically takes 5–14 business days after dispatch
- Delivery times are estimates and delays may occur due to factors beyond our control.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor delivery. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control. We will do our best to keep you informed and assist where possible.
If your order is marked as "Delivered" but you have not received it, we recommend contacting the courier directly. We will also assist where possible to help resolve the issue.
9. International Shipping
International customers are responsible for customs duties, VAT, and import fees.
If an order is refused due to unpaid fees, a refund may be issued minus shipping costs once the package is returned to us.
10. Returns and Exchanges
Our return policy allows returns within 14 days of delivery.
Returned items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In original condition
- With all tags and packaging
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Size exchanges are available when stock allows.
In certain cases, we may offer a size replacement without requiring the original item to be returned. In such cases, customers may keep the original item while receiving a replacement, and a small fee may apply to cover shipping, handling, and processing costs.

12. Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety, we cannot accept returns for:
- Underwear
- Swimwear
- Socks
- Gift cards
- Final sale items
13. Chargebacks and Fraud Prevention
We kindly ask that you contact us at info@glevare.com so we can attempt to resolve any issue before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider.
We reserve the right to:

14. Incorrect or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with:
