At Glevare, we aim to provide a smooth and reliable shopping experience from checkout to delivery.
This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, estimated delivery times, tracking information, and important shipping terms.
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
During peak seasons, restocks, or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Multiple items:
Orders containing multiple items may ship separately to ensure faster delivery.
Each shipment will have its own tracking link.
2. Delivery Time Estimates (United States)
We currently ship within the United States only.

3. Tracking Information
All orders include tracking. After your order ships:
- Your tracking number will be emailed to you
- Tracking updates may take 48–72 hours to appear in the carrier system

4. Shipping Address & Order Information
Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by:
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Missed or failed delivery attempts
- Refused deliveries
- Incorrect delivery location security (e.g., unattended porch, apartment lobby, shared mailbox).
If you entered an incorrect address, contact us as soon as possible.
Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed.
5. Shipping Costs
We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders.
No minimum purchase required.
6. Taxes & Additional Fees
Most U.S. orders are not subject to customs fees.
In rare cases, state taxes or courier processing fees may apply.
These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
7. Delivery Delays
While we work with trusted carriers, delays may occur due to:
- High seasonal demand
- Severe weather
- Carrier operational issues
- Routing or logistics congestion

8. Lost, Missing, or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your order:
- Check with household members, neighbors, or your building
- Contact the courier for GPS delivery confirmation
If tracking shows unusual delay or no movement, customers must contact us within 14 days so we can investigate with the carrier.
If the carrier confirms that a shipment was lost before delivery, we will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution, such as a replacement, store credit, or a refund where applicable.
Once a shipment is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, we recommend contacting the courier directly for further assistance. We will also do our best to help investigate the issue where possible; however, responsibility for delivered shipments lies with the carrier.
9. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us within 14 days of delivery at

- Your order number
- Photos of the issue
- A brief description
We will review the case and arrange a replacement or solution if approved.
